Love this puzzle, but it's missing a piece straight out of the box.. luckily customer service is great and helped with missing piece!This puzzle is adorable and was really fun to complete! It was also nice to learn about the plants as I was building.My puzzle had an extra piece in it. The exact piece a different reviewer is missing.This puzzle is so cute. I gave it as a Christmas gift, and my sister in law loved it! No missing pieces, and she’s already put it together!The outer packaging was sealed but the bag inside with the pieces was open. I am missing one corner piece and possibly more pieces. A puzzle with even one missing piece is worthless.After 2 nights spent on this puzzles, cannot complete it because there is a missing piece. And I contracted the maker Ridley's Games, aka Chronicle Books, they refused to send that piece to me, because I'm not located in the US.And I also found that there are a few comments reporting they also not getting all 1000 pieces, it may indicate that they have poor quality control. Take your own risk if you're not in the US.Peices didn't interlock well. Many peices were cut poorly and corners frayed too easily.It was a good quality puzzle. Nice difficulty: not too easy, not too hard. I bought this for my daughter who loves plants and she loved it. Came with all 1000 pieces. A couple of the pieces peeled a little, but that was fine for my purposes because I glued it in the end. I don't know if it would hold up to constantly do and redo.Gave as a give recipient was thrilled with it. Excellent quality packaging and the puzzle was very well printed and cut to perfection. Great gift for someone who likes houseplants!I was super excited for this puzzle. Took almost 2 months before it arrived. Finished it in about 5-6hrs…but knew 1/2 way through that the puzzle was already missing a piece. The puzzle seemed like it was hand packaged. It was in a paper bag with a sticker closure. Very disappointed as I wanted to frame this.
