I bought this guide as my friend and I were going to the Burren between 21st and 28th May, 2013 to see the flowers. We are both botanical enthusiasts and really enjoyed the 4 days we spent there. The landscape is really remarkable, and the flowers were exciting. This book had hints about where to go to see flowers, and contained pictures and descriptions of most of the species we came across. As I was travelling with cabin baggage only, I could not take another flower book, but this one was enough.
